Laugh and Learn Farsi: Mulla Nasreddin Tales for Intermediate to Advanced Persian Learners (Persian Edition)

Very short and humorous stories with large legible print. Provides enough space in between the margins for translation and notes. More challenging vocabulary is provided below each passage, which I find very helpful. I’m really enjoying teaching myself Farsi beyond a textbook with these short stories. It would be helpful though if the illustrations on each page were different. It would definitely add to the aesthetics and appeal of the overall book.

Le livre n'a pas de translitération. Donc, sans un bon dictionnaire, impossible de savoir comment prononcer les mots qu'on ne connait pas .

Very good thinking of listing the keywords vocabularies at the bottom of the page!

This book is great as it includes really short stories (half a page ; one page, in general). Some difficult words have a translation in footnotes. Really convenient as you can read a story a day for example. And Mulla's adventures are really fun ! Great way to learn
