How long did your doll's hair stay looking nice?

I gave this to my granddaughter for her 2nd birthday this past February and the doll still has her hair in the ponytail and looks great!!

Is this doll good for little girl who is going to be 3 in 4 months ?

I bought it for my granddaughter's second birthday. She will be 3 in a few short months and she still plays with it.So yes, she will love it.

The heads are plastic but not as hard as one would think it would be.
