MIS1950s DIY Self-Made Face Cover Material Set, Multiple Pattern Artistic Fabric Material Set, Self-Made DIY Square Fabric and Elastic Rope for Mask Making (Navy)

I bought these masks months ago when masks were in short supply. They were very late shipping. I received them early August 2020 and made them. They have pros and cons. The cons first: Now that masks are available in many places, the best bet for a comparable mask is just go to Joanns and buy ready made cotton mask and use a coupon. The cotton lining that comes with the mask kit is not sufficient for 7 masks and is extremely poor quality- more like interfacing. The wire to insert to mold to your nose is like a wire tie to close food/bead. Of the 7 fabric squares, some of the patterns are very similar and don't really represent a new look (very small polka dot and a medium polka dot). The pros next: Since the interfacing was so poor, I used the 7 fabrics to create 3 masks (one fabric left over) and sewed 3 reversible masks. As a reversible mask, the protection is good compared to what it would have been with the paper thin interfacing. I did receive tons of elastic, so I could make more masks if I had scrap fabric to do so. The prints are reasonable cute but all navy/white prints. In summary, if I had to do it all over, I would go to Joanns and use coupons rather than make these but now that they are made, reasonably cute.

Takes forever to arrive and bad quality of cloth.

This came a month late and doesn't even have a needle! or directions.
