Omnia Muffin Ring

Turns out I DO know the muffin man!

I have been working at a campground all summer living in a teardrop (read as no oven!). I have made cookies, cake, bread, quiche and casseroles in this as well as many other things. When I use this on my camp stove I do not use a heat diffuser but if I use it on a single burner then I have found that a diffuser works best.

Easy to use. Easy to clean.

I purchase an Omnia oven and muffin ring several years ago to use while camping. A fantastic combination. My muffin ring got damaged -- a critter gnawed on the silicon while it was drying overnight outside. Immediately purchased a replacement. Lesson learned: don't leave any of the silicon items outdoors overnight.

Expensive. Afterwards I realized we already had silicone muffin sleeves, which would have worked just as well.

Works amazing, the muffins I made cooked really fast and evenly. There are little divots in the sides of the muffins when they’re done, don’t make a big difference but aren’t ideal aesthetically

I bought both the 2 liners for my oven (one for roasting meats, potatoes, vegetables and the other for baking) and a muffin liner. I bought the oven and oven liners to use when camping. I tried out the set by baking cornbread muffins on my electric stovetop at home but plan to use propane when camping. It baked perfect muffins within the time stated on the muffin mix. So easy and cleanup was easy too!

May want to use with the wire ring if your stove will be at medium flame or higher. I did not have a wire ring and used it to bake muffins. Just one small discolored spot, but I expected that would happen due to extended contact with direct heat.
