Hup Seng Golden Selection Cream Crackers 24.7 Ounce Value Tin

I normally don't like to leave bad reviews and would rather stay silent and take it as a bad experience. Not for this item as it's one of the tastiest cream crackers I've eaten to date, and I love this brand, even though it has become more expensive in recent times. It also brings back fond memories of childhood days. However, my latest purchase has been very disappointing. It came in a tin, which was damaged and dented upon delivery. Worse of all, and as other reviewers have commented here before, the content is full of broken pieces, and not full! Unlike my previous purchases. What happened? I'll hesitate to buy from this supplier again.

These are the best cream crackers I've ever had and I would give it 5 STARS for taste (and I've tasted a lot of them). HOWEVER, do beware - they are flaky, buttery and tasty which separates them from the crowd of 'regular' cream crackers out there which are dry and honestly, quite tasteless (a good thing for dips and jams). However, these cream crackers, being so tasty and flaky also means they don't hold up to shipping as well as regular cream crackers. So, only order if you are in it for taste and not for pleasing the eyes. There WILL be quite a bunch of broken pieces and 'sand' at the bottom of the container. I usually buy the ones shipped in the tins - it is more expensive but the crackers in those seem to withstand shipping better.

Received the box at the right time but inside the biscuit tin is very much disappointing. Almost seventy percent crackers are brand into pieces. Bought the small packet before and it was perfect but the tin experience is really bad. Sorry.

Ordered a can for my mom who loves these crackers but sadly when she opened the can the crackers were all broken up. A waste of money on crackers that can't be eaten.

I absolutely love cream crackers but I am very disappointed with the quality of packing, the box was damaging and half of the can was broken crackers! I hope they work better this time cause $ 19.00 is not cheap!

I bought these crackers for first time, and judging by previous reviews I decided to try them. The flavor of crackers are buttery and crispy ohh so good however when I opened the tin so manyCrackers were broken and I had to get halfway through the tin to find a cracker in tact. If I could get a tin of these crackers not broken, I would be a customer for life as they are that good. I will purchase again but I am disappointed the crackers were broken to pieces. Gave 4 stars out of 5.
