Great for lowering your blood pressure taken with beet root.

Actually, I'm surprised this Hibiscus product has worked so quickly and so well. I realize blood pressure readings vary over time yet within one week my numbers have dropped from an average of 130/85 to 112/73 and I'm 70 yrs. old. That result is remarkable and I'm thrilled! Consuming Hibiscus appears to be a wonderful and non-toxic way to reduce blood pressure. I suppose each person's results will vary but I suggest giving this product a try.

I ordered this to take with verbena as a weight loss. Did some research found clinical trials that says that this combination does work for weight loss haven't been on it long enough to see if it does work.

Works in about half the people who have hypertension. I still think that if you have hypertension, you should get it treated by a physician, but if you need a little extra at times, this will do it. It's been consumed for centuries without difficulty. Besides, the active ingredients do other beneficial things, like bringing glucose down, and it may induce autophagocytosis which clears away dying and dead cells. Read up on it on NCBI/PubMed. The tea is pretty tasty, so the capsules are for when you can't sit down with a cup of tea. A lot of herbal teas are excellent for your health, and it couldn't hurt to make a practice of drinking them.

Excellent product it works better than 25mg of hydrochlorothiazide. If I eat low salt diet, this product alone will lower my blood pressure to normal levels.

I notice a difference when I take these. They do not lower my blood pressure by a great deal, only a couple of points, but I can tell that they are relaxing the blood vessels. They also give me a sort of boost mentally. Maybe my blood pressure is not caused by bad circulation. I get really good bp results from a diuretic. I am very sodium sensitive.

This product is amazing. It quickly drops my bp about 20 points, when it occasionally rises a bit too high. Gets me back to normal ranges. Easier to swallow a capsule than drink hot hibiscus tea in the summertime, too.
