Easy to use

This is a great product. I thought I had ruined my new iron. It had large spots of sticky residue resulting from my careless use of Heat n'Bond. I was able to totally clean the iron in a matter of minutes. This product is easy to use, and it yields a great result. It is a must have for crafters who do not follow directions on using fusibles. :)

The size is small and I didn't realize the you had to use water with it. As it's being used, particles fall off and makes a mess. Very disappointed

Liked it. Bought a new iron and used the wrong setting on polyester and got some burnt fabric on it.. Ordered this, ran it under the faucet and (although it says rub, you need to scrub) scrub the surface. Not too abrasive, left scratch marks, but I don't mind because my iron is smooth again and works great.

I thought It was detergent. Instead it’s a stone requiring heavy scouring

I purchased it to clean the bottom of my iron, which it did so quickly and cleanly I couldn't believe it. But I've used it on the stove and on other chrome. It's terrific.

It scratched my surfaces and left a lot of residue behind; which made the cleaning surface messy along with the counter.
