I was initially dubious about spending so much on a gadget that might not work very well or would end up at the back of the cupboard after the initial enthusiasm wore off. Luckily Amazon had a used one on offer at a much reduced price so I went for that. It was very clean and hardly used and turned out to be an excellent buy. This juicer is solidly made and works really well. It extracts a lot of juice, is reasonably quiet when operating, and is easy to assemble and dismantle for cleaning. Most of the parts can be rinsed clean under a running tap. The ‘basket’ needs a bit more attention as you need to poke out the debris lodged in the outlet section and give the sides of the basket a bit of a scrub. The double ended brush they provide takes care of this and it’s no big deal, just a couple of minutes. I like the fact it does not take up much space on the worktop. I have been using it mostly for celery and find if I cut the celery into pieces it just whizzes through and I don’t even need to use the ‘pusher’. The juice tastes amazing.

I bought this at around the same time that my housemate bought a centrafugal juicer – both from amazon – for around the same price (maybe a little cheaper). We live together, but we also know to get our own things when it comes to juicers and blenders to avoid any usage/cleaning issues.I won the juicer competition. Even though it was one I was having inside my own head. This juicer is fantastic. It's very vertical and slim, so it takes up no real space on a counter, unlike the obnoxious orb that my roomie uses. It produces a much higher yield of juice, and it does it a lot more quietly than the blender style juicer too. It's compact, reliable, and easy to clean. It feels like good quality.The ONLY (potential) downside is that it takes a little longer to juice your juice. But I really don't think this is a downside. Fine, you need to chop up your celery and beets in a way that you don't have to with the blender juicer, and feed them in a little more slowly, but you spend less time scrubbing filters afterwards. And it's WAY quieter. And it takes up less room. And you get more juice.The company are also lovely, and the customer service is great. I had a question for them recently and they dealt with me so quickly and effectively - I was really impressed.Honestly, I can't fault this purchase. Super value for money, and the benefits of juicing are huge – I feel brilliant every morning after my green juice. I'd have no hesitation recommending this to anyone. Just make sure you read the manual and make sure to clean it properly!

Great size as most juicers take up so much space. Easy to put together and dismantle for cleaning. Still takes time to clean but the mini brush supplied is very useful. You need to cut fruit/veg into small-ish pieces, about 2/3cm sized, otherwise it doesn't juice very well and gets stuck. Best to get all your pieces chopped and ready. Overall a much easier product as it disposes most of the fibres for composting.

The juicer is compact, easy to clean, light weight, quiet and all that was expected. We love this juicer and it has been such a great purchase. Like explained, to get the most out of this juicer, you do need to chop up the fruit and veggies into smaller chunks; a bit time consuming, I know - BUT it's totally worth it as you get a lot of juice. Cleaning is very easy too.

This product is hopeless. I tried with celery but it would not do it. Now matter how big or small i cut the celery it made no difference. You also have to keep your finger pressed on the on / off button. Try doing this while holding the machine and trying to feed in pieces of fruit / vegetables. The plunger that pushes the fruit in to the extractor is too small so things get trapped between it and the housing. This is honestly the worst thing i have ever bought. Returned and not fit for purpose.

l am new to juicing and did not want to spend a great deal of money but wanted a vertical slow juicer - after doing a lot of research l decided to purchase this one - so glad l did takes up so little space on my worktop and works amazingly well for the price and the noise level is low can use in the morning without the neighbours being disturbed a bonus when you live in an apartment.

The machine worked well, takes up little counter space but it allows too much pulp through for nut milk so I had to return it. Maybe for fruits it would work better. It is a good price

Pros: The juice is absolutely more delicious than that coming from my bigger, more expensive centrifugal juicer (Breville). Assemble is easy. Small footprint can be a plus for those who don't have a lot of spaces (see how it snucks right under my other juicer)Cons: unless im doing something wrong, cleaning is a chore as there are fruit parts sticking to the strainer that's really hard to get outNonetheless, i give this product a 4.5 star as it does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I purchased this juicer because I juice and consume lots of celery juice. That is the only type of juice that I have made with this juicer. (I am sitting here, writing this review, as I am sipping my juice.) I was going on a trip to visit friends, and wanted to keep up with my celery juice, so I looked for a small juicer that I could pack in my suitcase. This was it. I now use it all the time and have put away a larger, heavier juicer, and am now using this one exclusively. It takes up less space on the counter, which is a big plus. It is also more quiet than my (older) Champion. It does a great job juicing celery. I do cut up my celery. There are a few extras that come with this juicer that I like as well. There is a collector for the juice that has markings to show how much juice you are creating in Cups and in the Metric system. I like being able to see how much I am making. There is another container to catch the pulp as it comes out, as well. The pulp is dry, so the extraction of the juice is excellent. The last extra that I like is the brush, which is the best extra, and in my opinion an essential for the cleaning of this juicer. It looks like a giant tooth brush with a flat head screw driver on the other end. Both, in my opinion are essential for cleaning this juicer. I have not looked to see if the company sells these brushes separately. If they are smart, they would be selling them... but if not, then I suspect that a good toothbrush, with only bristles (not those plastic things that they add to toothbrushes) and a flat head screw driver would do as substitutes. So, all in all this is a great little juicer.

I had purchased this juicer in may 21 and since i use it twice to 3 times a day i needed a new auger and they din't have any in stock they sent me a bran new juicer I was so happy I have tried 5 other more expensive juicersand this one is a jewel if does celery juice like no other the pulp is very drySo no wast of produce. I also do fruits carottes herbs and it all goes through very well and the pulp is dry. I quiteCaful with it i cut all my food in small chunks and i dont overlead it or push my produce into the shoot i let it go throug on its own i dont try to rush it through remember its a slow juicer in order to get all the best nutrients from the fruits and veggies!Stay healthy yall!DiannaQuebec City

I love my new slow juicer. It has a reverse button. By the way never had to use the reverse button. Also has extra strainer. It works great, easy to assemble, easy to use and quiet enough. I think you will be very happy to have this juicer. I want to thank everyone who leaves a review because you make it easier for us to be informed customers.4/10/20 - I want to add that many people ask about juicing celery and that is all I juice...celery. I cut each stalk in 3 or 4 pieces and I have absolutely no problem at all. This juicer is made with quality parts, even the brush that comes with it is a strong quality brush. I had said the last time I wrote my review that it comes with an extra strainer. You put the strainer right over the container that the juice is going into. Guess what? I love that it has the strainer and that the juicer is so efficient that no pulp goes into that juice strainer. All the pulp comes out perfectly from the pulp side. No one is paying me for this juicer review, I have never been paid for any review I just like to give my honest opinion. And one more time...especially because some people said it is not good for celery, and that could have made me not buy it. I'm so glad I did. I thank everyone who contacted me and told me it is good for celery! I hope this helps!

This machine works really well but when disassembling it's kind of hard to openPutting it back together is easyComes with brush to help clean the parts but it's still needs a lot of scrubbing to get all the littles bits out
