New Remote Control for Samsung 4K Smart UHD TV 6990, 7300, 7700, 8800, 8900, 9800 TV Remote Controller (with Voice Function)

It works as it should all no complaints here. Showed up pretty quick and we didn't have to do anything extra to get to working with the tv. Pretty much a spitting image of the original remote, just a little thicker

I was resistant spending this much on a replacement remote for my Samsung TV, but the cheaper black ones weren’t cutting it. I thought I owed it to my beautiful TV to replace my lost remote with one that would worked flawlessly and move quickly like the original. Unfortunately this was not the one. I gave the shopper month, thanks customer service is great we tried to reprogram it, it still wasn’t making the grade buttons weren’t working and I ended up reaching out to Samsung directly to purchase a replacement much less expensive and that works.

I have to constantly try to find the direction where the beam will control the TV. It's pretty frustrating. I should have bought the real samsung remove.

This remote looks as though it is the OEM Remote, but it is NOT. I paid the premium price thinking it was based on that it looks identical except it does not have the word Samsung on it. The back button works only 10% of the time, and all other buttons need to be pressed several times for them to work including volume and power. It is too late for me to return, so please save yourself the money and do not purchase this remote for Samsung TV.

Pricey but works fine

On my second one and it has turned into a non working piece of $#&t just like the first one. Poor quality.

Very cheap quality for price

I bought this and the buttons don’t work. You have to push them a few times to get it to work. It’s quite annoying. It does look like the original brand remote.
