Item is honestly great. High quality material. Zipper is nice, good Velcro. I would consider swapping my other ifaks to this as well. Light weight and comfortable on the belt. I like the black but the red looks nice too. Maybe if I had to give constructive feedback I could use more mesh organization pockets personally but that is a small gripe. Picking a molle-attached ifak is a personal-choice balance between big enough to hold what you need, and not so big that it gets in the way. This strikes a nice balance for me: room for what I really need, small enough to make me make the hard choices of what "really need" means.The Molle mount works fine. I've seen complaints that the snaps don't hold when you rips the pack of the velcro mount... and I experience one snap that lets loose when I pull the pack off... but just one... the pack still comes free... and if I'm ripping the pack off, one snap is not my biggest problem.The velcro is secure, and there is a quick-release strap that also holds the pack to the velcro molle mount back. That strap could use a greater range of adjustment to snug up better, but the pack is not at all loose without it, and it's insurance against shearing the ifak off.I like this. Good product at a good price. I'd buy it again.

Bought an IFAK kit, but it only came in tan or black, but it had everything. Bought this one to fit to my Cannae pack. Perfect. Everything fit. Added a bunch more stuff, and it's gonna run. For the reviewers that critisize the tourniquet strap, you're doing it wrong. It's not rocket appliances. Holds it solid. Not worried about it at all. Use all the loops, cinch the strap. Done. Plenty of room. Added a bunch of stuff too. She was tight, but I got it all in. Giggity. Zero issues, and looks great IMO.

Comes with two mounts a molle or Velcro. I took the molle straps off and am using the Velcro in a vertex backpack-very nice setup. Good size for a edc kit.

Awesome little pouch but it’s an odd size and doesn’t fit regular mollie paneling. It’s build good and has a quality zipper. Pouch removed and has lot of space.

I’ve bought several of these to put together IFAK’s for the car, truck, house and shop. They’re great for the money.
