Okay so these are heavy duty. Wonderful! Beautiful heavy weighted skewers and I really enjoy them. I wanted something for Persian kabobs that I could throw into the dishwasher, didn't want something with wood. Issue is, the plastic tube holder for the skewers arrived broken. Tube because the item itself is awesome and I need to use them and I don't want to wait for a return and reorder. I'm wondering if the seller can just help me replace just the tube.

These skewers rock - sturdy metal that handles veggies, kababs, and heavy cuts of meat perfectly. Without the wooden handles, you have more options to move food around on the grill to ensure even cooking without having to worry about burning a handle. The storage tube is thick and very durable. Highly recommend these.

I waited almost 1 month to get these but worth it. I wanted no wooden handles and generous flat size to make kebabs on my outdoor propane Weber Grill with the lid closed. I don’t cook with charcoal. These are well made, stainless steel and fit my kebob rack allowing the drippings to fall into a disposable large pan I used underneath. Safe the canister they arrive in for storage . They are pricey but will last a lifetime of use. Because they have no wooden handles and if you rotate them over an open flame you need gloves. My plan was to bake in a closed propane grill. The length allowed me to place 6 horizontal on my Weber Grill with lid closed.

These are superb kebab skewers - nice and wide and very, very sturdy. I'll only echo some other reviewers' wish that this company also sold a shorter version. I can attest to just how sturdy the skewers are because it took many minutes of effort CUTTING THROUGH THE DARN THINGS WITH A HACKSAW (my little Husky saw - I live in an apartment and don't have a workshop) so I could have a few that'll fit under the broiler of my stove. It worked in the end but I still need to file the raw edges. I only cut a few of them and left the rest long to use when I can set up a grill in a park. Despite the effort they're great skewers and I'm not sorry that I purchased them.

These are one of those essential kitchen/grill items that you just need to buy. The metal is well formed and sturdy and they come in a PVC tube for easy storage. Plus can fit the entire PVC into into 1.5 or 2" PVC for an easy way to soak them to be cleaned. Just buy them.
