Langer Biomechanics Ppt Longitudinal Arch Pads Medium - Model 22410 - Pair of 6

At 6 to a package, these arch pads looked like a good deal. However, if you're looking for strong support, these won't work for you. These are small, flat, soft, and offer very little support. The page gives no indication of what size to order. I wear a size 9 woman's shoe, but on the advice of some reviewers who said shoe size doesn't matter, I ordered them in a medium. That was a mistake--maybe shoe size doesn't matter, but foot size does!--but I doubt that even a "large" would provide the support I want; these are just too soft and flat. The medium is also more costly--$21.95, as opposed to $16.95 for the small and the large--so I'm returning them. (I would have returned them at the lower price as well.)I give these three stars because I can see that they might work for those who don't need actual orthotic-type support, but they won't work for someone who does.

Recommended by my PT. Got some for myself and my husband. They are great, and easy to apply and they stay in place really well, so make sure you plan where to put them before you stick them in ;)

Too big for the shoe. I ordered medium. I wear 7.5 women's shoe. My physical therapist had mediums in her office and they fit me.I was hoping these were the ones. I'll keep shopping for the right ones.

I like these, but I ordered more than I need, because I ended up getting an orthotic anyways.

These work great for shoes that just don't have enough arch support. Buy several pairs...you'll want them in all your shoes.

These have helped me be able to wear Sandles and other shoes that regular arch supports won't go into. I require arch supports due to planters Facitis!!!
