Can it remove jam stains?

I know this was posted 6 years ago but for people looking at the product now I can tell you that it removed mouse blood from my white llama rug. Wipe with damp sponge first, leave to dry, and vacuum.

Will it remove lipstick from the carpet?

Is this ok on a deep pile rug? It's not stained but it's lost its soft and luxurious feel plus want to get my dogs smell off it!

I would imagine it would be good on a deep pile rug. I used it on my living room carpet which has quite a deep pile.This is the best stain remover I have ever found. It has removed stains where nothing else has worked. I found it at a really good price at Home Bargains - less than £3 - and stocked up. I have 2 cats which often bring home their "prizes" and eat them under the dining room table. This product is BRILLIANT, however it is good as a spot remover and not perhaps the best for a whole carpet.
