Exact one my sons speech therapist uses. It really helps my son be able to hear himself and is easy for him to use.

This is so simple and so genius. My daughters are 1 and 2 and they are learning to speak. I bought this is leui of a voice changer or amplifier. They seem to think it's a phone, which makes sense at their ages. They loved it immediately. I am actually thinking about buying another, bc it's still our first night with it in the house and they have been fighting over it. I'm really excited about the idea that it may help them learn language.

I love using these with my students in my speech and language sessions. The kids love them, even my 6th grade boys! I use them with students who stutter as well as with those with articulation impairments. The toobaloos help students to hear their own voice and make corrections as needed. They learn to discriminate between target productions and off-target productions. These are invaluable!!

My little guy is an auditory seeker with SPD. He loves making noises and speaking loudly to hear himself. i saw this on a website list for items to purchase for auditory seekersprosclearly can hear yourself as others hear youconsthe plastic isn't very thick so it makes me wonder if it'll get broken easily

This product is very helpful for isolating the sounds and directing them to a student's ear when they are learning to read etc. However, I purchased this item to be used with the headpiece and the two products didn't work as well together for small children as I had hoped.

Works good for my sun during speech therapy

I purchased this item to help my daughter 3-year-old daughter correct her speech. Upon purchasing and showing to a friend, who is a preschool teacher, we both agree that this item would be great in a classroom as well as at home. It's just an easy way for your child to hear how they sound, what they are saying, what YOU hear from them without electronics or gadgets. It's simple and meant to be used in play, learning and speech correction.

Such a great way of allowing children who are new to speaking or who have delicate little voices hear what their voice sounds like. Also great for singers without access to microphones and speakers to check their pitch and tone!!

Great for SEN children, i bought with the headset that you can attach to it, much easier for daughter to use. (You have to buy headset seperate though)

Excellent therapy tool especially for speech sound remediation

Wanted to love it as the idea is great. Unfortunately, the device I received, is not safe to use.The Toobaloo tool is made of two parts.The 2 parts are not 100% aligned.This gives 4 sharp peaks. When they come in a contact with ear, cheek, lips they chaff, scratch, irritate the skin.Holding the tool so it does not touch the ear or cheek is not a solution.Return shipping costs $15 (from Canada to US).Will try to cover the sharp points with some soft tape. Or try to smooth it down with sandpaper.Great idea though.

My daughter was born prematurely and has had some learning issues over the years. Reading is one task that she loves, but is particularly difficult for her. She learns very well when spoken to, so I thought the Tubaloo might focus on the sensory input that works well for her. She's been using the Tubaloo nightly while reading aloud and both her reading, pronunciation and spelling has improved immensely.
