The Dark Pictures: Little Hope - Xbox One

So , I officially have played all 4 of the Dark Picture Horror Games. This one & House Of Ashes are my favorite out of the 4 , I think the only one I didn't care for as much was Man Of Maden but I still didn't hate it , I genuinely liked all 4 of the games. So anyways getting back to this game , Not to give any spoilers away but it has a plot twist at the very end that I had no idea was coming & I enjoyed it so much even though it's a little sad. The characters main cast includes Andrew , Taylor , Angela , John & Daniel. I liked all of them except John. I don't know why but I didn't care for him and I sorta let his character die off at one point. Overall the game is worth a play and I enjoyed it

After the hugely disappointing Man of Medan I went into this game thinking it was gonna be a quick 1 and a half hour awful short story. Boy was I wrong!!! This game is everything I had hoped Medan would of been! If you loved the original Until Dawn this game is for you! After the first hour I couldn't believe how good this game truly is! It does quicktime perfect, graphics are amazing, sound is amazing, story is amazing, gameplay is so polished and immersive. Jump scares are smart and go with the game. It took me 5-6 hours to beat and I did that in 1 sitting! It was that good! If you are thinking about skipping this due to how bad Man of Medan was DONT! This game is a masterpiece and up there for me as a game of the year contender!

As someone who played Man of Medan three times you can tell I love these types of games. I enjoyed every second of this game. I will have to say most of the in your face jump scares did not get me due to how frequent or how "in your face they were" However, the story is fantastic it really makes you go Wow. When the game ended I was speechless, I did not know how to react. It is amazing, can't wait to play it again with a friend online or with movie night mode. Overall I would say this game is great, lighting is incredible. The only thing that was a negative was the jump scares for me and some of the areas were too dark to see.

i do like this game alot, it was super cool to play (i still like untill dawn better) and the beginning made me think i killed everyone lol (sorry for a spoiler there) however it was slow at times and i was a little bored, and the quick buttons were the hardest part of this game, i didnt hit some and of course had repercussions because of that. still like the plot and setting and like that they used real actors etc for the characters. I want to play it another time to see if i can save everyone.

This game is fun as a single play or Game Night with friends!

This game is great to play and worth every penny. Includes a full story mode and even allows up to two players for a more complete story mode.

This game is as good as the last one if not better! Sader for sure but as good, i did noticed some glitches that better get fixed! I'd rather have longer waiting time in between two games than bugs in the games.

These little stories are nice enough. None of the fancy open world stuff and movements and controls are clunky but for the price they are a nice diversion. When I first put this DVD into my xbox S after updating the store, it wouldn't load. I thought it was the disk until I tried a few other disks and noted no blu-ray would play. If this happens turn your unit off and then hold the on button for more than 10 seconds. When you restart it should work.

I bought this game for my son for christmas and he loves it, we all did. As my son was playing, it was an easy story to get caught up in and led us all to get involved by voices our opinions and helping to make decisions. It's a game that makes you think beyond the decisions that they are asking for. Although some details weren't exactly clear, I thought the story was well done and sure made me jump a time or two. Everybody seemed to truly enjoy this game.

Bit of a wait to actually start playing but gets you hooked once it starts

Just started this game after playing man of medan. It is incredible on a different level big improvement from the first in the anthology. Gameplay, graphics so much better!!! 110% recommend.

Es un juego que se puede jugar por si mismo si no conoces otros en la serie, ya que es como un capítulo individual. Little Hope, la segunda entrega de la serie de terror "The Dark Pictures Anthology" y sucesor a Man of Medan es un excelente juego con la extraordinaria capacidad de Supermassive Games que ya conocemos. El ritmo del juego es mucho mejor que Man of Medan e inclusive con más terror y drama aunque no me atrevería a decir mejor que Until Dawn. Dicho eso, en ésta ocasión nos centramos en un pueblito en Massachusets, cerca de Salem llamado Little Hope en donde también hicieron juicio a las brujas y precisamente nos enfocaremos en esa historia y ambiente. Tendrás que salvar, o dejar morir, a 5 personajes cuyo futuro y decisiones dependerá totalmente de ti. Si es la primera vez que consideras éste juego, debes de saber que aquí hay puro permadeath. O sea, si un personaje tuyo toma una mala decisión o no reacciona correctamente, morirá y no podrás hacer nada al respecto porque tus decisiones forman parte fundamental del juego y se salva automáticamente, así que toma bien tu decisión. Los personajes se influyen entre si, dependiendo de su interacción. Es un juego enfocado mucho más a la historia que a la acción, así que ponle atención. Excelente juego de terror y drama.
