Good stuff and it seals great. Highly recommend this for anyone who has a leaking ceiling on a metal garage.

I’ve used this product for years. Some of the negative reviews that say it “doesn't stick. “ They are doing something very wrong. I have not found anything that this won’t stick to. Wood, metal , plastic, wet, dry, doesn’t matter.I’ve owned a construction company for many decades, and if you know which end to open the tube, and have a basic understanding of using a caulk gun , this product will “seal the crack of dawn.”

this stuff works great and just lasts n lasts i highly recommend, unless you like caulking every couple years lol

The Sashco products are great, this particular sealant is awesome. I would just say that the prices have gone up a lot and I'm not sure why. Looking into it, it mainly feels like they are hiking up their prices.

The product is fantastic!Shipping was terrible!When it arrived however 3 of the 4 tubes were cracked by the stem of the tube, causing silicone to get pushed out the side, making a huge mess!
