I buy True-Aloe on repeat through the subscription option. I chose Nature City over a competitor brand for the lower price and equal bladder support. I live with Interstitial Cystitis and daily take two capsules in the a.m. and two in the p.m.. Some days require more assistance, so I add a third dose of two capsules when I have a flare. Powdered aloe is often used for digestion, promoting bowel regularity and reducing inflammation in the digestive tract. I like this added benefit, but it's the anti-inflammatory compounds and nutrients that I feel help treat IC. The capsule is translucent and the aloe is white and has no taste. I will say that I noticed a color change to light tan and started to put my pill case in a drawer. But I noticed that change in the color makes no difference in the efficacy of the capsules. (See photos) I'm thinking it's just exposed to room temperature or the light.

I am nothing short of amazed. I have Lyme disease. Suffered for 11 years now. I used to be on a different brand of aloe and it worked great, but I went off of it because it was just too expensive. Some symptoms returned, but I totally forgot that the aloe had helped me. Recently I have been having serious pain in my foot from a possible bunion - bottom of my big toe hurt like hell and couldn't walk for 2 weeks without a major limp. Swollen, too, on the bottom. I have been suffering from serious hair shedding and hair loss as well. I have Thyroid issues and was on Armour Thyroid. Having hot flashes like crazy and think it's from the meds. I also have GERD and Gluten Intolerance. I have heartburn from almost any food I eat. Went on Prilosec for months and it worked, but I don't like taking medication and I don't want other "issues" from the meds to crop up so I weaned off. HORRIBLE heartburn, every day. I tried this Aloe as a last ditch effort. I figured maybe it would help with my stomach and foot pain. I was right! I felt relief from the heartburn by the 2nd dose of 4. It is my 3rd day and my stomach feels like it's new again! NO Heartburn. Foot pain nearly gone. I am walking with NO limp. Swelling gone. Hair shedding is slightly less as well. I did read that aloe can also help hair loss if it's caused by immune system issues and I think mine is. I am extremely happy so far and will update this as time passes and more benefits are seen! People - if you are suffering from pain from arthritis, GERD, IBS, or anything else that causes inflammation, try this Aloe. It is pure and highly concentrated and a GREAT PRICE.

I ordered this item without reading the Return Policy because I never thought I would need to return it. After telling my Gastro doctor I had ordered it for my Interstitial Cystitis I was FIRMLY told NOT to take even one because Aloe Vera Leaf taken orally can cause renal failure with just a small amount and it also stains the inside of your colon which makes a colonoscopy very hard to read. He also said that for me, personally, they would be a disaster of my gastrointestinal system due to severe cramping. I never even opened the bottle or took it out of its plastic bag it came in. There was no way to contact the seller to explain that I ordered by mistake and never opened the product, so I’m out $25. But like I said, it plainly states No Refunds and I understand why that has to be But please!! Talk to your PC Doctor before taking this!! I heard many people say it helped them. But it’s not a risk I am willing to take. But all is not lost! My doctor did tell me if they are gel capsules then I can stick a pin in them and the aloe is great for mosquitoe bites and burns! But again, this is just my experience as told to me by my own doctor and NOT a reflection on this seller all!

This aloe seems to really help heal my stomach from ulcer pain! I’m taking it a few times a day and I feel so much better! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I had like ulcer-nausea pain.
