Good stuff
Not too shabby, i use this on days i don’t feel like eating prior to working out or when I’m on a time crunch from working late. I’ve trusted this “now” brand with allot of different supplements for quite some time now. It mixes pretty dang easily with water or milk also and adds just a little bit of sweetness to your drink.

This stuff works great.
Great price and works great. I have about a 30gr scoop from an old tailwind bag. For all rides, I eat (1) 25gr bar or gel per hour- makes it easy. For rides under 3 hours, I mix 2 scoops of this, 1 scoop of table sugar, 3/8 teaspoon boulder salt. Sometimes I add caffeine and squeeze half a lemon. This is about 60 gr carbs per hour. For longer rides, I go with 3 scoops of this, 1.75 scoops of table sugar, same amount of salt, etc. Never bonk, never cramp. No excuse not to use every ride as it's cheap, quick, and easy to make.

Staple Supplement for Every Serious Lifter
I've used this for a few different applications: 1) To reload glycogen after glycogen depleting sessions. I mixed 75 grams of this with 75 grams of dextrose. There was some stomach discomfort, but that's mainly because the solution was too concentrated. In any case, I felt my muscles filling back up (really cool feeling) and used it a few more times for this exact purpose. 2) Pre workout energy with whey protein. This has been my mainstay. I use 35-40 grams about 30-60 minutes before lifting and it allows me to keep the intensity high. Paired with caffeine, you have a very potent combo for efficient weight lifting. 3) Post workout as a carb source on the go. I train twice a day so sometimes I can't have a whole food meal post workout and this fits the bill. My energy is restored and I have enough fuel in the tank to continue on with my day. In all of my 3 trials, Carbo Gain has held up strong and will be a staple supplement for me.

Great as an intra workout
This product has made it into my full time list of supplements. Working out for 2+ hours at a time takes a toll on my body. Before I started taking this product, I felt like the last half of my workout was a struggle. Now that I've started taking this, I feel like I can finish my workouts with energy to spare. The serving size for this is 2/3 a cup. There is NOT a scoop included. (though you probably have a scoop laying around that would be close to 1/4 or 1/3) Don't do what I did and stick your hand all the way down in this looking for one... you won't find it, and your hand will be covered in white powder. My favorite mixture now is to do the following: Mix in pre workout with water in a 24oz bottle. Drink half of my pre workout, add 1/3 a cup of this to my remaining pre workout, and top off with water. This way I am sipping on a lower dose of caffeine while also getting some much needed carbs throughout my workouts. I noticed an increase in muscle size after only a few weeks of drinking this in the gym (probably because I could get more quality sets in late into my workout) This mixes quite well into any beverage, and doesn't have any sort of taste (at least none that I could sense). It MIGHT make your drink slightly more viscous/thick, but it wasn't enough to really notice much. (I mix 1/3 a cup into 24 oz of water. This is half the recommended serving, but I think it's enough to get me through) I like this because it is an easily broken down source of carbs, so you can quickly replace your glycogen levels throughout a workout. I have not yet tried taking this as a mass gainer, so I can't comment on whether or not it helps with weight gain. However I can imagine this would work quite well, as you can drink your calories (drinking is always much easier than eating, especially for hard-gainers) I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an extra edge in their longer workouts. If you only do a light workout for 45 minutes, you probably don't need this. However, if you like to go hard in the gym for 1:30-2 hours, I would highly recommend adding this as an intra workout drink. I would give this product a 5/5. It mixes well, gives me the fuel I need to make it through my workouts, and doesn't leave me crashed at the end.

Great For Weight Gain
I bought this powder about a week ago to help me put on weight, and I mix it into my water, pre-workout, and post-workout. I've noticed it dissolves easily and has no texture unless you use too much, at which point it clumps up and becomes slimy, but it's easy to eyeball it after the first couple tries. It's flavorless to sweet flavor profile makes it easy to drink. I haven't noticed a difference in energy level, and I trust the ingredients, as it's almost entirely maltodextrin. Overall I would say it's a great product and I've already noticed some weight gain in combination with a bulking diet.
