Not a bad supplement. It's an ancient remedy. The instructions say to take 3 capsules, but then I get terrible smelly burps, so I take 1 capsule. Overall, I recommend it. Honestly, it's a very important product.

Happy with this garlic oil supplement! Be advised it's not odorless so you will taste garlic throughout the day (depending on when you take it). I love this for immune support especially when I am getting sick.
