I have re-purchased these vitamins several times over again. These are absolute wonderful. They give me an energy boost (without caffeine and sugar). My hair and nails are in excellent condition from these. I have been able to grow my hair to the top of my butt, which I have not been able to do since I was in 6th grade in 1992.... that says a LOT about the quality of these vitamins. These vitamins were actually recommended to me by Dr. Najarian who is very well-to-do, influential and makes his own pharma. He stopped making the vitamin B complex I was using and he turned me on to these. And the price is wonderful. Tanya

I've been taking this stuff for about 2 years. I must preface that I have had alopecia areata and my hair grows at a snail's pace (1 inch every 3 months...if I'm lucky). I'm not really sure if it's helping my hair grow longer or faster, but it definitely makes my nails, eyebrows, and other body hair grow super fast! That sounds bad, but it's not. My nails are stronger than ever and the body hair that grows doesn't grow thick or anything, but grows in a way that's healthy. It makes it easy for waxes since it's healthy body hair and doesn't break during a wax. As for the hair...I really can't tell. I have a bit less stress in my life so that may be a huge variable in hair growth. Otherwise, nails and skin look great!

I've been taking the supplement for about 5 years now. Originally when I started taking the supplement it was because a doctor had spoken to me about it because I was experiencing hair loss from menopause. I have taken this product ever since and my hair is resilient soft and strong. Every time I go to get my hair done my hairdresser comments on how strong my hair is and how thick at my age. In my 50s I just had her strip the hair color out of my hair and it took her 3 times bleaching it. My hair did not lose any of its natural curl and stayed soft throughout the whole process. She states she has never seen anyones hair able to do that and I know it is because of the supplement. I have heard this supplement is for cancer patients who are having chemotherapy and have a chance to keep their hair but it also works for people that are having menopause or if you're just losing your hair. This supplement is a supplement that I will take for the rest of my life.

This stuff works fast. I have very slow growing coarse hair. The hair that does'nt grow even if a fairy sprinkled dust on it kind of hair. and I have not used the product a week yet and my hair looks as if it grew already. even my husband noticed. the pills are pretty large. so if you are a person who is scared to swallow big pills you may not want this pills. also it has a slight carrot smell too. kinda gross. but hey I don't mind it's doing the job! also I did not break out either. but one side effect I notice is I have alot of gas lately, and also at your bathroom breaks your urine and bowel movements have a different color. I know TMI but hey this is my review Lol.

A year ago a "stylist" ruined my thick beautiful hair that I grew out for a year with bleach. My hair was so limp, I was bald around my edges. I went to a doctor to get cortisol injections for my edges and she prescribed Biotin Forte for me...within a month my hair start gaining its strength back. My hair grows fast but this product sped up the process and six months later my hair was full and thick again. I still take these pills religiously. I will say that I eat a pretty clean diet and take omega 3 pills also which helps with hair growth.
