I am a landscape photographer and I thought this would help me to get shots from in the middle of a creek. I tried it out yesterday and it was not difficult to get on or off. The thick rubber soles made it not slippery (although I did use my 2 hiking sticks because rocks covered in moss are very slippery). I later continued hiking with them still on and didn't even notice them. Took them off once I got back to the car. They worked!

By the end of the first day (approx. 3 hours wearing them) one was already barely water resistant. By an hour or two into the second day neither was keeping water out.A great purchase if you want to put your shoe in an aquarium.

These XXLarge fit nicely over my high top motorcycle shoes size 12 and go under my rain pants. My only concern is that very soon the top of the left boot will tear or wear through from shifting up. I may try some duct tape just in the wear spot to prevent failure. I can tell trying to take them off or on too quickly might tear them so will be careful.

Did a good job of keeping boots dry however, not meant to be exposed to extreme cold. They tore easily when exposed to very cold temps... -30 to -48.

Hit a heavy rain + snow storm (wet slush and misery) motorcycle riding over Mt. Hood, and then even off mountain it was miserable. These were easy to (I like the design for) putting on, and rugged enough for on/off the Harley at stops during the day and night. They really are water "proof" so moisture from sweat will collect in these, but my boots and socks did not suffer. If you are a rider, bring duct tape for burns or tears (gonna happen).

I walk to work and needed something to cover my sneakers as I walk in the rain. These things go right over my sneakers and to the top of my calf just below my knee! I've used them numerous times and they DO NOT leak, haven't torn, haven't come unzipped and just overall haven't let me down! Absolutely love these and would recommend them!

I had a heavy duty pair of very expensive Aerostitch over boots which eventually just wore out. I use them less these days so wanted a light pair of full waterproof overshoes. I have no idea if they are waterproof if submerged but they slip completely over your shoes keeping out mud & water. I keep a pair on my bike with my waterproofs.The tread on the sole isn’t very aggressive but if you are going camping or to a festival & think you might need wellies these take up almost no space & will do the job.
