Don't Buy This- watch the youtube video insteadThe instructions were... okay. It was more of an interview between RSJ and a person who didn't know how to throw. The DVD only spends a few minutes on how the throw the "best" way. The rest of the hours are spent on random, unimportant things.Instead, if you want to learn how to throw cards, he uploaded a better tutorial to his Youtube channel...
