"Product arrived on time and packaged well in a sealed box and container. Love this product. First time user but purchased based on other reviews. I am not disappointed at all.I know it is a neck cream but I am using it on my face and hands as well.It smells wonderful,not to heavy just a nice scent, lightly floral. I was concerned about using it on my face since it does have a scent to it, but am happy to say that after about 2 weeks now I have had no issues with breakouts. It does leave your skin very soft. Because I like the fragrance this is why I use it as a hand cream as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it seems to be making my nails look better too.. My nails were sadly abused by decades of acrylics, but I removed them around June 2016 and have not put them back on. Unfortunately with this much abuse it will take years probably for them to look good again, but this cream seems to be helping them even though that is not what it is intended for. As for wrinkles, or firmness I am not sure I have used it long enough to make an honest statement, though I do think it is helping. All in all I do like the product a lot and will continue to use it. I also want to comment on the customer service. I had a bit of an issue when I first started using it in that my jawline seem to have little bumps on it. I could not definitively say though that it was the cream, as I had also changed my foundation at the same time. The company responded to an email that I sent to them and was more than helpful. They even went as far as taking to their chemist about my concern. It was suggested that I stop using it for a few days and see if anything changed once I started up again. I am happy to say that it appears to have been my foundation and not the cream. Once my skin was cleared up, I went back to the cream (along with using my old foundation) and I have had no issues at all. They have followed up with me a couple of times. Very very helpful.

been using this for years as it's the best moderately priced firming cream I've found. i apply it on neck, decollette, as well as the 'jowls' area ... from the cheek bones on an angle to the chin and do immediately notice firming to all areas. packaged in a great dispenser too. hope they never discontinue this.

Sadly I’m past my return time, so I’m stuck with this cream. But I wanted to give it a fair shot before I judged it and returned it. I started using it on my neck and chin area according to the directions to help with some early aging signs. It did cause a break out on my neck and chin after several days of using it. I decided to space out my using of this to every other day to see if that would help. It did not. I did not want to give up as I read so many great reviews. I kept trying to space out my use even further, still got a reaction. So I tried a small amount on my face, that caused a red rash to appear instantly. FYI The only skin allergy I have is to products containing rose. A few days later I broke out in the spot I had used it. I’m not someone who normally breaks out, honestly I could count on one hand the amount of pimples I have in the last year before this cream. This cream and my skin don’t work well together. Update: Wonderful news, the company reached out to me and offered a refund. They were super kind and understanding. I do think this product is a good product for most people, but unfortunately it was not a good fit for my skin.

After being frustrated with a cost of higher end products I decided to try Desert Beauty Neck and Decollete PEPTIDE CREAM, based on reviews. I was over the moon with the price and results of others. GETS A LITTLE GROSS yet everybody is different and I just felt that my experience could be good information for others. I had been using this product for (2) years (Maybe just under) and I started noticing phlegm backup in my throat. Now, I have allergies and simply attributed the reaction to allergies. I also started noticing SKIN TAGES on my neck in (2) different areas. (2) skin tags total. The more I used the product (2) x a day (AM and PM), the more I noticed them growing. (getting bigger) After deciding that I had had enough of the phlegm backup and was concerned about the skin tags, I STOPPED using this product and went with another over the counter product to see if there was any correlation between my reaction(s) and the product itself. (Please note: I had had NO REACTION to this product until the last few months of using it) Low and behold: The phlegm issue pretty much subsided within a few days of not using this product and as of now (it has been about a 2-3 weeks that I started the new over the counter product) the SKIN TAGS ARE GONE! I have NOT done ANY review on the ingrediance as I may be allergic to SOMETHING in this product. Yes, I would recommend this product yet I would advise those with allergies to determine if they may have a reaction to an ingredient within it. I believe that is what it was for me. Geez, the things we go through for beauty. I would love to be my husband for a day and simply be concerned with a clean shirt!

I've only been using this for a week but it is making a subtle difference that I haven't seen with any other product. I'm actually using it primarily for my face but also on my neck and chest. I have tried so many peptide serums, firming creams, etc. And none of them have really made any difference at all in the way I look. I got to the point where I swore all of them off and decided to look for a collagen serum and see if I had any better luck. I did a search by listing "collagen elastin skin" or something like that and that is how I came across this product. I liked the ingredients and also that it was a larger size than other serums. I just wasn't willing to buy an ounce or 1.7 ounces of something for 20 dollars anymore when none of them worked! And neither did the 10 dollar ones. So when I saw this, plus the impressive ingredients and then all the reviews and pictures it sold me and made me very hopeful. The problems that I'm having are a certain look under my eyes, a puffiness, and also when I look at myself from the side I can see downward lines from the nose to mouth, and beneath the corners of my mouth. I also have a bit of a double chin. From the front on days my eyes arent puffy I look younger than my age. But from the side I feel I look fully my age (49) and of course when my eyes are puffy which is 70% of the time I feel l look terrible. The eye and under chin area are due to thyroid problems. This product has somehow taken away the puffing, but without causing a dehydrated under eye look the way any other product I've tried that rarely even does anything for the under eyes does. And my face from the front view has been looking its best to where I feel I look younger than I have in quite a while. There is a photo review of a girl who had face swelling from cortisol. My results are similar to hers as in I feel it is doing the same thing with de puffing. Hers is much more drastic than mine but I think its amazing that this product is even making a difference for people with health related face changes. I don't see a difference with my profile yet but since this is already doing something and it's only been a week I'm very hopeful that long term improvements may happen to where I look progressively better. As for the way the cream feels its actually perfect for my skin type and doesn't make me oily at all. It's very lightweight and is the only product I've ever used that feels like it isn't sitting there on my face for hours even though it must be. I've worn it under sunscreen and makeup and it doesn't effect its application or wear at all. For the record I've tried Body Merry, Eva, Olay Regenerist, Asterwood, Roc, The Ordinary, Timeless, Nivea, Neutrogena and many others and not seen a bit of difference whereas with this product I am seeing an actual improvement in the way I look and look younger than I did a week ago when I started using it. BTW I haven't received any incentives for writing this review. Nothing discounted or free. This is just a really good product in my opinion. The only thing that makes me a bit nervous about it is that it is in a pump. So if the pump stops working there's no way to get the product out. All pumps make me nervous for that reason. I prefer tubes or pumps with removable tops. Update Sept 26. 2018 : I've been using this now for a month and I'm convinced it is making me loo younger in a well rested sort of way. I decided, before ordering a second bottle to go off of it for a week and try straight colloidal copper on my face instead, since this contains a copper peptide I thought maybe it would give me similar results. It didn't. And by the end of the week I was starting to look tired again with under eye puffiness. So I began using it again and within about 4 days the younger look is coming back. I'm not sure which ingredient is doing this. A combination of them or how. I'm assuming there is something in this that has a quick effect that begins within a few days of using it and then other ingredients that continue to improve the skin long term. I"m ordering my second bottle now for when the first runs out because I don't want to have another week off from using it. I don't plan on continuing my search for the perfect skin serum as I feel I've found it. I've yet to see profile improvements or double chin improvements but over time it may help, and looking 7 or so years younger from the front is reason enough for me to continue to use this.

A cream can only do so much, so don't expect a lift. But realistic help this cream will provide! I didn't think it would work so I didn't take before and after pictures. But since I don't use many products it's really easy to know what is working. (I hadn't seen a friend since high school- we recently met for dinner- they remarked on "how did i manage to age- but you didn't?"- so that was kind of a helpful gauge😂.) Most promises made by creams & serums are grossly overinflated. The results from this one are subtle. But they give the appearance of being rested. It hadn't gotten rid of the "double chin".. so I decided not to use it again- only for a month. That was a mistake, lol! It wasn't a face lift, but >definitely< helped. (Wish i hadn't done that:/ lol.) But I'm buying it again. Btw- I've used this product for at least 4 yrs. It's really a very nice cream that fully absorbs very quickly &feels great. I have very sensitive, acne prone skin- but this doesn't disturb it at all. I use a dot under my eyes to reduce puffiness as well- & it's great. This really is a great product. It's only a cream- so expectations should be realistic. But effective as a cream? Most definitely!

Last week I purchased your neck and De'collete PEPTIDE CREAM from Amazon. The cream seems like a good product. I have not used it enough to know for sure if it will help with my neck. I do like the feel of it when it is applied. I have been using it sparingly yet enough to cover the area. Here's the thing: I have been using it less than a week and it appears to be gone already. The container feels full but nothing comes out. There is no way to open it and see what is inside. I was able to pry the bottom off but still cannot see the innermost part where cream should be. From the beginning it was hard to pump. I don't know if there is simply cream in there that I cannot get at or if it is all gone in less than a week. Either way it seems like a waste of my time and money. I would strongly suggest redoing your containers so if there is a problem there is at least a way to get the cream out. I tried contacting this company by email and website. Could not find correct website and email was returned. I gave two stars because it seems to be a good product. Otherwise since I cannot get the cream out of the container if there is any left in there after less than a week, the lack of stars expresses my disappointment

This is a rather nice cream. The consistency is fairly thick but spreads and absorbs well, and the scent is mild and pleasant. I can't attest as to whether it improves the tightness of neck and décolleté skin since I haven't been using it long enough to tell - only a couple of weeks. But there is a bonus in this cream for me that others may be quite interested in: Previously with other creams I would usually have to lightly powder my neck and décolleté area when wearing a necklace as the cream would always leave a residue and cause chains and pendants to stick to my skin. The setback to that was always cleaning powder from the nooks and crannies of my jewelry - annoying. This Desert Beauty Peptide Cream absorbs COMPLETELY and leaves my skin extremely soft and dry (dry as in not sticky or oily) Jewelry easily glides over my skin and no messy powder is necessary - an annoying detail I no longer need to worry about. That in itself is a good reason for me to use this cream.
