They break when they fall on a hard surface even from small height, but hey, they're not advertised as unbreakable, so although this is my third set (I purchased the previous ones in Bed Bath & Beyond), I will continue to accept their faith and the fact my clumsiness will keep breaking them, and you know what? I will keep buying them. They are great size for my espresso & cream beverage. I have not measured the temp, but they seem to keep the higher temperature a bit longer than regular glass and what is great: you can hold the glass immediately after pouring boiling hot water in it. If you're not as clumsy as I am, don't hesitate. Great product.

Love to make lattes in these beautiful high quality glasses. They stay hot without being hot to the touch because of double walled structure. Very stylish and fits nicely in couch cup holder. Guests love them and want to buy them. Tried cheaper ones from China that broke right away. These are sturdy and can even be washed in dishwasher. Love them

I really like these glasses. I love that when I put a cold drink in them it actually stays cold and I use less ice! I will buy again in another size soon.
