Weird smell/odor° great slam!
What I disliked is the smell of the ball it has a weird odor so I have to wear gloves to keep odor off my hands. Yuck! So far the ball works great! 💪🏻

Very effective to get the heart rate up when used with cardio
Perfect addition to my little home gym I’m trying to build up. I use this for cardio training as well as strength training. Also side note they have plenty of YouTube workouts that include this equipment!

Is it made with cement?
The ball is filled with a cement like substance, not great for slamming

6 lb slam ball
I bought the 6 lb slam ball and have been using it for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it. It doesnt bounce and its the perfect weight for a good workout. Highly recommend it.
