This is the best little 4-ton tool I own, I bought the 10- ton porta power it was just fantastic but for some jobs it was just a little bit to big, so I bought this one and it does the job just fine, the nice case it comes with makes it easier to carry around , I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Arrived with the blow-molded case broken in many places, getting past that, I set it up to use and wouldn't even pump. Upon inspecting the pump there was no oil in it and it did not come with a bottle of oil. After running to the store to buy some, the instruction booklet has no procedure on how to add oil, it just says "add oil". After googling and putting in oil and bleeding the pump, I was able to use the pump one time before it stopped pumping. The ram would not advance, it would only go in and out. After googling probable causes for this, it seems likely that an internal seal in the pump assembly has failed and the pump will have to be rebuilt. At this point I packaged it all up for return. Now I have to find another set, am delayed in my project with an aggravated customer and I am out the cost of a bottle of oil! I understand you get what you pay for but this set being 50% of the price of the name brand I expected it to work 50% less than the name brand, not barely 1 use!

It worked amazing

I liked it because it was affordable. I have a welding shop.Put it to. Use wright away.Had to replace the back of a fire place insert.As you can imagine the the metal warped from heat.So replaced with new plate.Used porta power to push the one in with very little gap.....Able to welding it back in.Couldn't of pushed that hard by myself.......GLAD I BOUGHT IT. Unit didnt work at all..... wouldn't even lift it's own weight, much less anything else. Seems to have had a bad pump.The unit was also extremely sloppy in all joints,... it appeared to have been repaired as well, new in case, so I assume it was repaired at the factory. Took a long time to get here and I had to return. The case it was in was broken in many places...case wheels falling off.... i expect Chinese product to be lesser, but this brand and the seller set an new low in quality.Went to harbour freight and got a different brand Chinese set (Pittsburg brand) and it made this unit look like crap. I cannot emphasize enough, or describe the pitiful quality of this product or the haphazard care I. Delivery....amazon should boot the seller and ban the product.
