The Game Changer Recycled Backyard Baseball Set

First thing i noticed about this bat is that it is designed and weighted very well. If feels very comfortable to swing, not big and clunky like some other plastic bats out there. I was actually a little surprised at how light it was, but still found it very sturdy. I bought this mainly to use with my dog's chuck it balls, so i can have some fun hitting them at the beach and such instead of just throwing the ball every time, however I also nanny, so I will use the plastic ball with it too when playing with the kids. The major thing that i like about the plastic ball is that it isn't flimsy like whiffle balls. It's really sturdy and goes super far when you hit it. I wasn't sure how the bat would stand up to the heavier rubber chuck it balls, but I haven't had any problems so far. I did notice that the bat gets scuffed up with each hit of the ball, but it only seems to be surface scratches, so i don't think that will become a problem. Time will tell though. I feel like paying 19 bucks for a high quality bat (that's also made in the USA) is way better than buying slightly cheaper bats only to have them break or be big and clunky.

I am a wiffle ball nerd... I bought this for the bat alone - and i liked it so much that i ordered another one just a few days after (my kids like to paint the handles and barrels and make some designs) and I'll be ordering more in the future. Love the grip (feels like the OG yellowbat grip except with enough space for 2 human hands to grip it). the bat is sturdy, hits well, and makes a pretty cool sound when struck!The only criticism i have is with the included ball - which is a non-factor for me because i always use either the original wiffle ball or the Jugs balls for my kids in our yard. BUT - the ball is built TOO well - very hard and heavy. It was mixed in when my cousin was throwing to me and it is a NOTICEABLY different hit. Very heavy feel to the ball and I almost killed her. The thing took off like a missile and we both agreed to retire the ball forever.Bottom line - buy this bat. Buy 3. You won't regret it.

We play "yardball" with out young nephews (ages 6-13) and we've found tennis balls to be the best variant of a ball to use since it's not too bouncy and also comes off the bat at a decent pace.The issue we were running to is the bats at the store tended to wear down very quickly, if not collapse altogether, after continual at bats by the adults who obviously hit a bit harder.This bat is probably the sturdiest plastic bat I've ever owned. It's light enough that the kids love it, but it's strong enough that the adults can really put their hips into the swing and not worry about the bat giving out.We've used it about 5-6 times now and the bat is as durable and sturdy as when I first opened it. I've bought a second one because of this.

My kids use it to hit a small pool volleyball. They destroyed a bunch of yellow wiffleball bats. This one seems sturdier! They haven't used it much yet, but it has lasted a couple of days, so far.

Bats are durable and very lightweight. Exceeded expectations.

What a great “wiffle” type bat for a large kid, teenager or adult. I practice hitting balls with my 4 year old and now I have a bat for myself. The bat is sturdy and solid for being hollow like a wiffle bat, except a much better quality! It’s also shaped like a regulation bat. The only thing I would change is adding a rubber or foam grip to the bat; however, the price point is perfect as it is. So I ordered a grip for myself. Otherwise, it’s a perfect bat for practicing with your kid or hitting foam or plastic balls in the front yard with no fear of breaking your neighbors windows.

Loved the bat - it was sturdy and perfect for backyard wiffle ball - giving the kids a little more power. We lost it due to tragic bouncy house incident (i.e. we left it in there when the picked it up) - and I immediately ordered a replacement. Great bat - you will not be disappointed. One more great fact: Made in the USA!

Honestly, this bat, when it was intact, was not a game changer. Hard to find the "sweet spot" on the bat to really get a power hit. Also, it broke in half in three weeks. Tried to contact the seller and no response. Would not recommend.
