Weber Carburetor 38 Outlaw Jet Pack Kit DGES, DGAS, DGMS, 701-DGS

are these able to reduce fuel flow from stock ones in new carb. i need to lower fuel amount

I'm at about 3800 ft above sea level in north Idaho, would this jet kit work on my new 38 outlaw or should the factory jets be fine?

Is this enough for two carbs, I have a twin setup
