Researched Co-Q10 products--Chose this Nord Pharma as best
At first I wasn't serious about taking it daily. I take so many supplements, they're like a meal in themselves. Finally got serious about taking every day. It's hard to pinpoint attributing directly to these but I believe I've had more energy. I've generally been feeling better & wanting to do more things. I've just put this on subscribe & save because I'm going to continue to take every day. In doing my research, I read time & again about the difference in plain Co-Q-10 and the more bio-available Ubiquinol form. If you'e saving a dollar or two buying a less expensive form, but your body's not able to use it, you're just throwing money away. I don't know about you, but I can't afford to do that. If I'm going to take it, I want it to be absorbed properly & working for me.

If your on a statin and experiencing side effects, take this. Totally gets rid of them.
Taking this in addition to Vitamin K (Konstantinos K), magnesium, vitamins D, an Omega-3, B vitamins, switching to a keto diet, and taking a statin. My cholesterol has dropped almost 100 points, from 249- 156. Also, my cholesterol has been rising steadily for the last 7 years. Finally decided to get serious about lifestyle changes, and Iām glad I did.
