I've used this product for years in various crafts, sewing included. It comes in handy for doing quick, last minute repairs. I also use it sometimes to hold materials together prior to stitching.

Doesn't stay stuck
After being washed and dried some partially came loose.I took great care in IRONING IT HARD to be sure this wouldn't happen.

Washes off in 2 washes. Too much work for temporary effect.
It is not a replacement for hems as advertised. I was very careful and ironed well, and it came apart in 2 washes. If that’s what I wanted I would’ve gotten quilter’s tape, which doesn’t require ironing or pins. This was a complete waste of money. Very, very temporary and too much time to apply for such a short use.
