I bought this set of compression shirts with certain expectations, and I have to say they did not disappoint. They come in a pack of three, which is great value for the price. The material is stretchy, firm, and comfortable—perfect for wearing under everyday clothes or during workouts. The fit is snug but not uncomfortable. It helps flatten the stomach and gives the torso a more toned appearance. It also improves posture, which was an unexpected bonus. Husband lost a lot of weight. He loves these because they hold everything in place. They’re thick with some stretch to them and he says they don’t ride up. Have been washed several times and seem to be a good quality. Not scratchy and able to be pulled down to cover top of his pants.

Comfortable, Fits well, Compression is good at first Offering nice support for my lower back back and lower shoulder region. The compression isn't overbearing and the compression regions are assembled in a way that Doesn't make you feel as if you are Being squished to death yet is strong enough that it helps facilitate better posture. My only concern is the longevity of the elasticity. Nicely priced.

For reference I'm 150lbs (68Kg) and wear a size 30 pants and S (US) / L (Asia) for shirts. Was worried about the various reviews about this shirt being too tight so I opted to buy a size larger (L instead of M). I'm kind of happy with the result, but maybe should have stuck to my sizing chart and gotten the M. The shirt feels nice and tight, but not "compressive tight" which would be good for surgery or injury recovery. As a matter of fact, I actually was hoping to use this shirt as an alternative to a waist binder I'm using for an oblique injury. It's not tight enough for that (at least the L size on my body) and the shirt does run a little longer than I expected. Still the quality of the shirt is very nice, and I don't mind using it as an under layer, as well as a straight up gym / jogging shirt on warmer days. I had absolutely no problem putting the shirt on over my head. Some reviews made it seem impossible. Once again, maybe my shirt is a little big for me? It was pretty easy and nothing out of the ordinary at all. If you're a smaller guy like I am, perhaps buy the M to get that super tight fit. The L (the one I have) is good enough to be a very tight-fitting shirt, but not "medical" tight as advertised. It's also very flattering as a shirt as it sticks to the all the contours of your shape; for good and bad depending on the circumstances.

I recently bought a 3-pack of these because I was attending a wedding and wanted to look my best. I put the white one on the proper way, lifting from the bottom like a dress might do. I tweaked at it for 5-10 minutes to see if I could get the most out of it. I'm very tall and around 300 lbs right now. The way I wear the weight it's not obvious how bad my weight problem is. Mainly I just look thick around the middle. Bottom line, with a cotton t-shirt on over the undershirt, I actually look fatter than I am. It didn't reduce any of my belly pudge, and since it didn't slide smoothly under the cotton if the tee, it just accentuated my belly, making it look bigger and more round. Under a loose t-shirt my love handles kinda disappear from the front, but the shapewear was causing the tee to cling to my sides as well, accentuating just the FAT. So this product does literally the opposite of what it claims. I'm currently on a weight loss journey (down 17 lbs and counting), and I couldn't help but laugh at how terrible this product is. It was further motivation to change my body and not just what I'm wearing. Comfort: 2/10 Functionality: 0/10 Looks: 1/10 Value for money: -10/10 I thought of returning them, but it felt a little better to just dump them in the trash.

This body shaper does the job. I happen to gain some holiday weight and I needed to wear a shirt for an event. This compression tank top was able to help fit in that shirt. This tank top did not make me feel warm while wearing it so it’s cool to wear even if the weather is a bit warm. I recommend this product.
