Beautiful mature fragrance
Finally hopped on the BR 540 bandwagon after trying a sample at Nordstrom. My son and I initially sprayed the tester and got nothing but watery notes. It turns out the display is only full of water and they keep the good stuff behind the counter! After getting a sample card of the real thing we both looked at each other like it hardly smells any different! So to me it definitely wasn’t worth $$$ and I went in search of a good dupe. Up came this beauty. For less than $20 I thought what do I have to lose? Pleasantly surprised, smells just like the real thing with slightly more longevity. I can smell it on my clothes for approximately 8hours. It’s an opulent and more mature leaning scent, perfect for an older demographic like myself. My teenage kids don’t much care for it, which is understandable, they are into fresh scents at the moment. My oldest son said it reminds him of a Vegas casino, it has that slight tobacco nuance. Overall a great buy, I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good BR 540 dupe, it will go into my regular rotation.

Gorgeous saffron-amber fragrance, but fades too quickly
I keep coming back to Ana Abiyedh Rouge because the scent itself is amazing. I’ve purchased it several times now, and I’ll continue to buy it because I love the way it smells. On my skin, though, it doesn’t last long. The fragrance absorbs quickly and fades within about an hour, which is disappointing for something that smells this good. I suspect the concentration strength is on the lighter side. That being said, the scent profile is beautiful. The opening of saffron and bitter almond feels both warm and slightly sweet, then it moves into cedar and jasmine for a woody, floral heart. The dry down of ambergris, musk, and woods is soft, airy, and elegant. It has a luxurious character that reminds me of higher-end niche perfumes, but at a very approachable price. If longevity were stronger, this would easily be a five-star fragrance for me. As it is, I still enjoy it for layering with other scents, or for when I just want a quick burst of something beautiful without committing to a heavy, long-lasting fragrance.

It's a NO for me. 100% NO. No staying power.
I was excited to try this fragrance being that TikTok says it's a nice dupe for Baccarat Rouge. I will start with the positives..... Pros: My package was delivered on time and well packed. The perfume came in it's original box, perfectly wrapped, and there was no leakage or anything off about the packing/packaging. The bottle is simple enough, nothing too fancy. Cons: I must say, I am disappointed especially since alot of attention was given to this fragrance. This fragrance slightly reminds me of Ariana Grandes' Cloud, but with missing notes, and a much cheaper smell. I own Cloud as well and compared them. I first sprayed a few spritzes on my arm and waited to see how Rouge would die down. There doesn't seem to be alot of an alcohol in this fragrance, but maybe that is also why it doesn't last....AT ALL. This fragrance is very WEAK. It also seems to be a bit oily, so be very careful to not spray this on your clothes. After 2 sprays, it dries down to a barely there soft, yet a bit 'MUSTY' fragrance that smells....(I'm sorry to say) very cheap. It almost smells like a car freshener that is trying its hardest to be....high end. I sprayed another two spritzes hoping there would be a bit more staying power, and that this Ana Abiyedh Rouge fragrance would somehow become more appealing, but sadly it did not. Remember I said it smells like Cloud? I would recommend giving that a shot. I sprayed Cloud on my other arm to get a sense of the similarities and differences. This Rouge fragrance started to make me feel nauseous. Something about just doesn't sit well with me, or maybe it just doesn't go well with my body's chemistry. I purchased this for about $20, and the price was increasing as it sat in my cart for only about 10 mins. It was a few dollars less before adding it to my cart. All of this is just my opinion, so try it for yourself if you want to know what it's like. But for me, this is the first and last time I am buying this unless some changes are made to the fragrance itself. Something about it is entirely nauseating, and I have to figure out whether I will toss it or give it to someone else. This fragrance is a decent try, but it misses the mark.

Pretty yellow water. :””””( still no baccarat dupe
Update***** Ok, so here I am admitting I was wrong about this perfume. I was mad at first because all I smelled was alcohol- after this came so highly recommended. In these days I have to be frugal and try not and spend foolishly on things that don’t work. So being upset it I had sprayed it a few times, was disappointed, put it back in the box and set it in my closet and had every intention of donating it. After about 4 days in there I thought for kicks I’d try it once more before getting rid of it. This time, I actually smelled a pleasant smell! It didn’t last, it wasn’t super strong, but it was a beautiful unique smell! Enough that I put it up and am going to let it sit for a month and pray it matures to something magical. So I changed my review. Just know if you do buy this, you’ll be happier if you let it sit for some time. Don’t be hasty to judge it. I definitely was- spray a few sprays, then put it up somewhere dark and don’t mess with it and after a week, possibly later, it will come alive- I’ve got a lot more f baccarat dupes and this one is the best smelling by far of all of them Including the al one that everyone says is spot on. It’s not this is I am seriously getting so frustrated trying to find a perfume/cologne that smells like baccarat 540-or just getting anything to even have some scent or decent scent and not smell like either alcohol, bug spray, or just absolutely air!! I have always had an excellent sense of smell- I used to smoke yrs ago and quit almost 10yrs now. I can detect all kinds of different smells when most ppl can’t! So I’m definitely not nose blind thank Jesus! So anyhoo, I heard this was supposed to be a close dupe to baccarat- I had tried 3 different perfume oils- the silver ca one was pretty good- yet the price had doubled ($20 now) and it just didn’t stay long. It would go on smooth, smell great, then turn to a burnt rubber smell then disappear within an hour. I tried the mo better roller (soo gross and greasy) and there was another ca roller that was yellow gross. Got this today. Was sooooo excited- and I went into it thinking totally positive vibes. I sprayed 3 full sprays and got absolutely no scent other than alcohol! I shook it up and gave it another spray. Nothing. Asked others if they smelled anything. Nope. So frustrated once again. I ordered another different perfume the other day and it should get here but to be honest, I would just rather give up and buy the real stuff than torment myself. Usually cheap perfumes were always off putting they’re so strong- these days it’s the opposite. Just down right almost depressing. So good luck and if anyone has any ideas, leave some suggestions in your reviews so the rest of us can get some perspective :) please!

You will not need the OG!
Omg im addicted to this smell! I have never smelled the OG but I want to buy a sample. I did purchase Dossier dupe of Baccarat 540 and returned it next day. The scent was too strong and eventually made me nauseous. I decided I couldn't lose with the price of this one from lattafa because of price point, so I wanted to see if I would love the scent DNA of Baccarat like everyone else does. Received Rouge and I love it so much. It is strong but doesn't make me sick, just the opposite, I keep reaching for the box I sprayed it into when I first got it so I can enjoy it. I don't need another dupe or original because have Anna Rouge! Get her!!!!!

Weak, but good cologne
I bought this cologne , 3 bottles in total because it smells delicious! It's supposed to be a clone of Baccarat Rouge 540 or whatever it's called. This cologne only lasts about an hour on your skin. On your clothes about 10ish. It smells amazing, but it's projection isn't very good, but if you're in an elevator or bus / car, whoever is in there with you won't mind because you smell great! But you won't stand out or be noticed in a crowd . This is about as plain as I can give it to ya! It does smell great , but not strong at all.

**UPDATE** Give it some resting time and... WOW!
**UPDATE** This wasn't my fave so I neglected it for some 5 months since I got it. Now... This is a straight up BK540 sibling after a while. Even better, if you give it a couple of months, it starts to mimic Cloud. Not as long-lasting or strong as the OG, but 99.9% the same scent. Weird. I think it's going to be one of my faves and I have several Lattafa perfumes. This is my new review: The spice/mossy/sweet is what I get for the first half an hour. After that, I can smell the caramel & amber. I don't understand "aromatic" yet, and I don't *think* I get any fruity or citrus. If I had to say it simply, it's a sweet, musky scent with caramel. I love it & IMO, it's better than BK540, of which I've only ever had a decant. It's sweeter and sits longer on my skin. There is no way I'd hace ever paid for a full bottle of ANY perfume in the range of BK540, but now, for sure, there is no need to do so. Lataffa is my favorite of affordable perfumes & I love the Ana Abiyedhs. I have the original, the Poudree and this one. This one smells a bit warmer than the others. It has the airy lightness that is a mark of Ana Abiyedh but I can smell the spice and citrus-like notes. It's really pleasant and would be inoffensive in crowds or in an office situation. Sadly, it doesn't last very long on my older and drier skin. I don't have all the youthful hormones to hold onto or project the scent well. I resolve that by spraying my hair and the collars of my tops. By the way, I love layering this with Britney's Fancy because the pairing levels up both fragrances.

Get the inspiration…great buy
Wow—this is a steal. Ana Abiyedh Rouge nails that luxurious BR540-style DNA with its sweet amber, airy musks, saffron and subtle woody base, yet you get it at a fraction of the price. On me it opens with a crisp sweet note, then settles into this warm, soft sweetness that draws compliments. Longevity is decent for the price, and I’ve found myself reaching for it when I want something that feels premium without spending premium. If you’re after that designer scent feel but budget-friendly, this is a must. Highly recommended.
