Works well for those for work at home as there are many similar products but did not work for me and this one is the one to buy. A bit short but that's not a problem as I don't need much cable since close at the desk working.

I don't know what the problem is. This is the second one I have ordered.They don't work" Maybe they all come from china and their simply crap.It looks just like the one I have..the old one. I plug it in, it dose not work.I plug in the old one it works. I plug in the new one again" it dose not work.Brand new but dose not work.I Have the M12 Plantronics amplifier.It says in this description it is supposed to work. But dose not.

When my headset for work quit working I was provided with a new one by our secretary, but the connection for phone jack weren’t available. Due to the delay and trouble of getting these through our secretary I found these on Amazon and purchased 2 for the office. It looked like a great deal, more convenient than having to wait. They arrived in time, connection looked correct but no sound. Completely useless. We were able to get ahold of some spare ones from our secretary and those worked fine. Will be returning my purchase
