I've been a long-time Apple fanatic and have always loved the mini. This one is a decent value except that it came without an OS (description says it comes with Mojave.) Spent about 1 1/2 hours launching into recovery mode and installing first Catalina (not Mojave) and then upgraded that to Sequoia. A real pain of a process that the typical user might not know how to do. This also arrived with a very lightweight power cable that's a little concerning. Will probably have to replace with something a little more durable.

I purchased this reconditioned 2018 Mac mini to use it with my 21.5 inch mid 2010 iMac as a display it is a very nice machine. I did considerable research online and through Apple to make sure they were compatible. I purchased the correct cable with a mini display port end and a thunderbolt USB – C end. I followed the instructions in the videos exactly but nothing happened. I tried this and other things they suggested, but still, I was in the dark unfortunately not everything is meant to be. I am very sad. I was hoping it would work out.. As of right now, I will have to return the Mac mini and we will go our separate ways.-

I bought this product because I really enjoy the apple eco system. The price was good because I bought the 8G version but I'm planing to expand it to at least 32G of RAM.

The item was packaged inside a small compact solid box encompassed within a superb air pillow surrounding the entire computer. The entire box was also wrapped in waterproof packaging. Sort of a pain to open, but I have no doubts this computer could have sat in a bucket of water and would have remained dry inside.Product: It arrived in great/clean cosmetic condition for a four-year-old computer. There were a couple of tiny-tiny nicks (nothing larger than a few grains of sand), but it had been thoroughly cleaned and had no dirt, dust, or smudges anywhere on the case. It was as close to brand-new as a four-year-old computer can possibly be. I have not powered it on yet (will this evening) and am not expecting any issues with how everything else is so far. *If* there are any issues, I will update this review. If you do not see anything else, you can take it that I am as pleased with this "renewed" computer as I am with the care taken in shipping it to me.I will absolutely look at this seller again in the future if I need some renewed tech gear. Service was EXCELLENT.
