This was advertised as a refurbished unit, but came brand new in the Microsoft box & packaging. Unfortunately the 1st unit had no sound hardware detected, so it was silent. The supplier responded VERY quickly. They offered to refund or replace, my choice. Since I really DID want a working Surface-pro-7, I asked for a replacement. They checked out another new unit, upgraded it to Win-11 and shipped it Fed-ex. Of course nobody likes to have to return a defective unit, but this supplier was great and very communicative. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Oh, and I really love the Surface-pro.

I chose your listing specifically for its quality assurance, and I paid a premium expecting a product that would reflect that. What I received feels below even “Average” condition. I request that you review this matter seriously and offer a resolution—either a full refund or a replacement that truly matches the “Excellent” condition promised. I have a chunky laptop so I was looking for something to use on the go. Great product! Renewal seller literally gave me one out of the box. Battery life ~7 hours on productivity tasks and nodejs development. It has a USB-c and USB-a port so you can plug things in. The charger port is unique. It doesn't get super warm but does heat up a little bit after a while. Resolution is pretty impressive. Quick charging. If you're looking for a gaming laptop though you shouldn't by it because the internal graphics card is not that strong. Overall, exactly what I need for productivity on the go.

Great Surface tablet. Had a few issues until I did ALL the updates that took hours to do (no kidding) but it’s Windows. Looks brand new – no scratches on the casing or the glass.

I purchased this product from Amazon on May 11, 2023. Initially, I was content with the purchase; however, over time, I noticed a decrease in responsiveness when using it as a notebook for writing. Given that I acquired this product primarily for my school needs, I was quite disappointed. Unfortunately, my disappointment escalated when the product suddenly malfunctioned, rendering it inoperable. Despite my attempts, I haven't been able to power it back on. Upon reviewing the return policy, I noticed that the expiration date was set for August 9, 2023, just about two weeks from now. I reached out to Amazon customer service to discuss the possibility of a return or refund. While I initially received some assurance from one of your associates, another representative later informed me that this wouldn't be possible, directing me to the original seller. Subsequently, the seller's chatbot indicated that they aren't responsible for items sold through Amazon, effectively leaving me without a recourse after the return window. This experience has been disheartening, especially coming from a reputable company like Amazon. I believe that products offered by such a well-regarded entity should demonstrate reliability and longevity, lasting beyond a short return period. This incident has left me hesitant to recommend Amazon and that specific seller to others seeking reliable products. It's my belief that a few extra dollars spent on a new device is a wiser investment than navigating these challenges.

Arrived really dirty. Not the excellent condition it was described as. Screen had a small blown pixel, which I shall be keeping an eye on to make sure it doesn't progress into anything worse over time. Touch screen clearly isn't the original as it's not always very sensitive. Also gets incredibly hot on occasion too, especially whilst charging. Also noticed it didn't come with an original charger, was a generic one. All in all, very disappointed given the money I have paid for it.

L'alimentatore (nuovo, nel cellofane), ha la porta USB non funzionante ed il venditore, a cui ho segnalato il malfunzionamento pur indicando come fossi soddisfatto dell'acquisto, mi ha rimborsato, tempo 2 ore dalla segnalazione, il prezzo dell'alimentatore stesso. Amazon, come sempre, impeccabile sia nella consegna (con password) sia nella gestione del rapporto tra cliente e fornitore. La mia esperienza è stata eccellente
