The Jury is out
The pills are easy to swallow. They are not giant horse capsules. I am using them daily. I still have pain but the problem is from my back. which causes neuropathy. If I had not let it go so long it might not be this bad so I was not going to blame the pills.They actually do help a bit. Just be careful with the daytime pills as they ill make you drowsy so take the daytime ones with your morning coffee. I did do a lot of reading and these do have proven helpful ingredients. If you are having problems, they are certainly worth a try.
