A joy to use, but use with great care.
I wasn't sure I could adjust to using a ceramic knife but this little gem has opened my eyes, but one has to extra careful because this baby is razor sharp! You definitely want to read the directions or go to their website and be clear on the differences between this and a metal blade. Don't drop it, don't use anything but a wooden cutting board, don't use it to pry open stuff or use on frozen meat [I have used it carefully on frozen peppers, but I'm not recommending this].Easy to clean [just wipe with moist cloth and return to sheath], easy to handle. Respect this blade and it should serve you well in the kitchen.If you are accident prone...pass!
