The remote doesn’t link correctly with the track number - disappointing

Great little player. Works a treat.

I didn't realise at the time of purchase that this was a pre-used item. The remote control was physically different {i.e. the buttons} from that shown in the instructions, making it difficult to connect the two...and make the CD work.I managed to work out how to use the radio. The clock came on more by accident than intention but I could not get the actual CD to work. I could hear it making a wirring sound when I put a CD on but it would not play. There was nothing wrong with the CD it played in my car and TV. Luckily I had not drilled any holes in my wall to mount it!!! Customers should be warned about the difference in the remote and instructions. I have been very fortunate because after speaking to an Amazon Customer care young lady Amazon are refunding me the ost of this item because on site it says no refund. I was three days over official refund from supplying company.

Good design, many features, works well, very pleased.
