My wheelchair doesn't have handles will this work on it?

If there is about a 1 inch projection above the back where the handles would be, it would work. It comes with a shoulder strap that might work by looping it around the back of the chair above the arm rests but that may be uncomfortable for the occupant.

What are the measures?

The back is 18 inches wide, by about 15 deep. Expands to about 4 or 5 inches. Pockets are a nice size, 4 inches deep.

My bag doesn't have the strap. It does have the little straps that clip together on either side of the back of a wheelchair. It is a large, very light weight bag, that holds very well. Do you have a place to clip the sides of the bag on? I can't take a picture right now of the one I use for my resident. I am a caregiver.

Will this fit on a Guardian Walker that has the push buttons on the top rail? I purchased anothe brand and it will not allow the hinges to operate.

Not familiar with walker. The bag has a loop on top corners that fit over wheelchair handles. Sorry I can't answer your question.
