Attractive Packaging, More Resistance Than Expected
I previously / currently owned a Brandismo set that I was quite happy with. I did finally snap one of the smaller bands, but wanted a second set for work anyway. So I bought this set and decided to just bring the three thicker bands to work.The packaging they come in is great -- the outside pouch allows the bands to lay flat and has a zipper feature on it. The package also comes with a small bag, but I'm not going to use that. The included manual is pretty much useless for my purposes, but it might work for others. Pretty much focused on legs.The three heavier bands so far are definitely a very pleasant surprise. Very tough, great resistance. For context, I'm a 50+ year, overweight male, but I still have some strength from my younger days. I love how easy it is to stack bands to get the resistance just right. And this is a great set for that.

These are ok. My older ones are all stretched out....another brand, but liked them better. The extra heavy is not that heavy, the light is not that light. I liked the variation in my old set better.

Durable, no slipping, good resistance levels
I ordered these to add to my home workouts (I've been trying to grow my home gym, since the gyms have been closed). They're great for adding more tension to strength exercises, and come with a mesh bag & a little booklet for a circuit workout. There are five resistance levels, so I like that I can use each band for a different purpose, from warm-up to more difficult moves. They are also the perfect length and width—they don't slip off my ankles/thighs, and don't roll up like some other bands I've used! :) Great for glute activation exercises because they give a little more stretch than the fabric ones I own. I also like these latex ones for moves that'll make me sweat more, because they can be easily wiped down and sanitized.
