NEXTION NX4832K035 + Case Black

This was the second project related to my hot spot and this one went so much better. Got it to work as I wanted it too. The other display was leading down a very complicated path. Very happy with the community and the recommendations to use this display and the online references that helped me complete it.

This Nextion display suited the needs of my project perfectly. The Nextion software was easy to integrate with Arduino and performs as desired. Serial communication and display responsiveness is above-par.I will definitely be using Nextion for future projects.

Works as advertised. Wish there was a protective case for the USB TTL adapter

Honestly, I just bought it because I thought it was cool, didn't have anything really planned for it. It connects to Arduino easily enough, communication is easy enough that you don't even need a special header file for it, but they're available. Hmi software has a built in ide and a language similar enough to C that picking up the syntax is easy enough; although whitespaces, or lack thereof in the hmi syntax are more important than in C. Not the end of the world, though. All in all, it's a great way to expand your Arduino projects.

Great unit. East to read. Outstanding touch

Wish the screen was a but more responsive but the picture quality and ease of programming makes this one a great beginner touch screen. It's a little hard to make believable animations because the pixel refresh rate is a little on the slow side, might just be me though. The default baud rate for the serial interface is 115200 and runs great off my Arduino Pro Mini 5V version, also works with 3.3V although it's slightly dimmer.
