As long as you keep it in the fridge, I've happily eaten it up to 5 or 6 weeks after opening, It is really nice.

Q: Could you explain the ( Lids pop ) system. Should the centre of the lid go in and out, before opening? Is the jar lid supposed to be like this.

Hello, The "click button" on the lid is non-functional as we do not use any heat - our products are all raw and unpasteurised. We use the paper label on the lid as a tamper proof seal. The "click button" may pop but the jar is still sealed and fresh. Thanks for your question.
