The smell that repels clothes moths.
Seems like these may be better than cedar chips which I also ordered but I am not sure yet.

Strong scent.
I've bought several other packages in the past and always doubted their effectiveness. Arrives in a reseal plastic bag in a box. Even before I opened the bag there was a strong scent. I have no doubt in these totally protecting my garments. There is a pleasant sent in my home even with the drawers and closet doors closed. I strongly recommend this product.

Smell good, effective at eliminating moths, definitely treated--AND made in China
These left a sticky residue on my fingers when handling them. This is not indicative of cedar sap--these are treated with *something*, possibly some form of cedar oil. I would not put these directly in contact with clothing, as they may stain it. I put them in small cotton bags and placed them around the closet. They work well, and I have not seen a moth in weeks. Packaging does indicate made in China - the cedar may originate from the US, but the product is not manufactured or packaged in the US.

Not scented heavily.
Put them in with my coats and jackets. Hopefully, will keep moths away. Time will tell.

Very lightly scented little wooden balls should repel moths.
The cedar balls look and smell fine, though I expected much more scent. I can only smell them when I put my nose right on them. I won’t know if they work unless I do or don’t find moths in the coming months.
