Since I have been on these my stomachs calmed down. But this is for my issues. Great quality easy to swallow and I have had no side effects for me. Best of all no gluten.

Easy to swallowed capsules. No aftertaste or sour stomach.

No issues, had to make sure the capsules were vegetarian friendly so these are great. Taking for migraines as my neurologist recommended it.

I started taking this to see if it would help with migraines. After a few months I did notice a difference. The supplement is easy to swallow but it is powdery.

My doctor prescribed b2 @400 mg/ day. My insurance changed and it's not being covered anymore... it's so much easier to swallow one pill ++ friendlier to my gi system. So glad I found this! Add that it's a great deal and I have found my new go-to.

I found out that magnesium stearate is a very toxic chemical that is put in many many vitamins, and I was happy to find this vitamin that does not contain that chemical
