Great for Low-Sugar Diets, Decent Taste, Excellent Value
As a diabetic following a no sugar / low sugar diet, Atlas Protein Bars have been a solid addition to my routine. Each bar contains just 1 gram of sugar and—importantly—no sugar alcohols, which can be hard to find. With 20 grams of clean, natural protein, they help me meet my nutritional goals without compromising my health. The ingredients are all-natural, which I appreciate. They are quite oily though—enough that I usually grab a napkin when eating one. Taste-wise, they’re middle of the road: not amazing, not terrible, just comparable to most other protein bars I’ve tried. But the price is very reasonable, especially considering the quality and dietary fit. If you're looking for a low-sugar, high-protein option that’s clean and affordable, Atlas Bars are worth trying.

Good protein bars at a decent price
The Atlas bars protein bars taste okay, have decent ingredients with no sugar alcohols and are fairly well priced. They do get an oily film around them if they’re exposed to heat, but storing them in the fridge seems to take care of that.

Atlas Protein Bars
I’ve bought these more than once. They are good quality protein bars with minimal fillers or bad ingredients. They taste great and don’t have a sticky or grainy texture. I like that these a better for you and gluten free.

High-Protein, Low-Carb, and Delicious—My Go-To Snack!
I’m always on the hunt for a protein bar that checks all the boxes: high in protein, low in carbs, made with clean ingredients, and—most importantly—delicious. The Atlas Protein Bar delivers on all fronts, and I absolutely love it! Why I Chose This Product Finding a protein bar without a ton of artificial junk or a chalky aftertaste can feel impossible, but these bars are a total game-changer. At 20g of protein and low carbs, it fits perfectly into my lifestyle without any sacrifices. How I Use It These bars are my go-to snack when I’m running errands, traveling, or just need something quick and satisfying between meals. They’re easy to toss in my bag and give me the fuel I need without feeling weighed down. What I Love ✔️ High protein, low carb: Perfect for maintaining my macros without guilt. ✔️ Clean ingredients: No artificial sweeteners or fillers, which is rare for protein bars. ✔️ Great taste: Unlike other “healthy” bars, these don’t taste like cardboard. The flavors are rich and satisfying, and they don’t leave a weird aftertaste. ✔️ Perfect texture: Soft and chewy, with none of the overly dense or dry feel you get with some bars. What Could Be Improved Honestly, I can’t think of much—maybe a few more flavor options? It would be great if they were slightly more affordable, but for the quality, it’s worth it. Who Should Try This? If you’re tired of sacrificing taste for nutrition, this is the protein bar for you. Whether you’re on-the-go, traveling, or need a quick snack to power through your day, these bars are an excellent choice. They’re great for anyone focused on clean eating, high protein, or low-carb diets. Would I buy it again? Absolutely! These bars have become a staple in my routine, and I always make sure to keep a few on hand. Highly recommend giving them a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Not bad
I tried each flavor, heres how they ranked for me: 1) almond chocolate chip, 2) dark chocolate almond, 3) vanilla almond, 4) peanut butter chocolate chip, 5) peanut butter & raspberry, 6) mint chocolate chip. If I were to purchase some more Atlas bars then it would definitely just be a pack of almond chocolate chip. Flavors 2-4 were all fine, but almond chocolate chip was the only one I’d actively seek if I had the option. Flavors 5-6 were the two I actually did not like. I’d say the texture is what you’d expect in a protein bar, I’m fine with it but a lot of people don’t like that kind of chewy/slightly grainy-ness. Some of the bars also had a kinda weird oily sheen/coating to them. I really wanted to like the mint chocolate chip since it’s a nostalgic and usually pretty safe flavor for me, but something about it was weird. It’s like the mint flavor was a little too strong to where there’s a slight bitterness/after taste. But, it’s cool that there’s ashwagandha in it, I’ve never taken it before and I don’t really notice a difference from it but I also haven’t been taking it for too long at all. It’s also a little pricey. However, the amount of protein, fiber, and cals all look good to me! I’m not sure if I’ll purchase again, we’ll see. Also I’m not sure why i made this review so detailed, i never post reviews. Its probably cause im procrastinating HARD and doing anything but the college schoolwork i need to do LOL

After years of low carb, a new favorite emerges!
I have been on low carb / keto diet for almost a decade. I have tried just about every meal replacement bar out there. There are a lot of good ones, but many are too sweet, too expensive, or too small. I find that I just keep coming back to the Atlas bar. It has a good amount of protein, decent vitamins, and fiber, and is big enough to actually replace my breakfast meal. Most importantly, it tastes great without being overly sweet. These are simply great-tasting, high-quality bars. The flavors are good and the variety box gives you enough flavor diversity to make these the bars I look forward to each morning! I highly recommend them if you haven't tried them yet! _______Update after the Reformulation________ I was very disappointed that my favorite bars were being reformulated. But I bought a box and hoped that Atlas hadn't screwed up a good thing. I cringed when I opened a bar and saw a shiny, oily sheen on the bar. I get that the Keto crowd is all into healthy fats, but as a low carb guy I worried that the bars would be soggy or greasy. I bit into one, and.....loved it! The reformulation of the bars really amped up the crunch and texture of the bars. They pack a lot more flavor into the same bar. The oils on the bar a still a little weird since I need a napkin after eating one, but it is worth it for the improvement in the taste and texture. Since I use these as meal replacement bars, I also appreciate that the bars remained at 1.9 oz so that they still keep you feeling full. I only wish that I could still buy the old bars AND the new bars, which would double the variety of Atlas bars I could eat. I kinda miss the dryer and chewier orginal bars and would love to keep them in my rotation. However, if I had to choose between the two, the added crunch and improved ingredients make the new bars my new favorite.

They changed the recipe!
Update 8/23/23: Would have been nice to know they changed the formula before I purchased. This is not the same bar and I don' like it. First, it doesn't taste the same. I can't even taste the peanut butter anymore in the PB raspberry. Second, it's very oily on the outside of the bar. Third, they added crunchy things that stick in your teeth, which I hate. I thought it was just the packaging that changed. Unfortunately I will no longer be purchasing these bars. I don't know how the macros compare since I don't have an old one to compare. The first flavor I tried was the vanilla chai. I was so excited to try it because I love chai tea. Well, it was disgusting. Tasted nothing like chai. It had a chemical taste to it. I kept eating it trying to figure out what the flavor was. The other one I didn't like was the chocolate mint. It went in the garbage after 2 bites. These 2 are why it only gets a 3 star rating. The rest of the flavors were good. My favorite was the almond chocolate chip followed by the peanut butter chocolate chip or the cocoa. I thought the raspberry peanut butter would be gross but it was pretty good. It tasted mostly peanut butter but you would get tastes of raspberry mixed in. Part of why I liked the 3 top flavors was the himalayan salt that was mixed in. It really helped bring out the other flavors. The bars were not too sweet which I liked but have good flavor. I really like that they don't have erythritol. I didn't have any stomach issues after eating these like I do with Quest bars. I would recommend trying a sampler box or single bars in case you hate some of the flavors. I was really nervous after the vanilla chai that all of them would be awful. Thankfully they were not. My favorite protein bars are powercrunch but they are not keto friendly. Hopefully that gives you an idea on what I think tastes good. These are kind of dryish, the peanut flavors more so than the others, but more moist and less hard/dense than a Quest bar. Plus, the ingredients in these are a lot better quality.

Taste wonderful, but the texture...
Honestly, buying this protein bar and seeing the reviews I was expecting a very greasy, sort of bland, weird tasting protein bar that has plenty of health benefits. However, this one kind of stands above my expectations. In regard of taste, this protein bar actually taste pretty decent . The texture is probably the only thing that makes the taste sort of in the lesser than great. This is due to the texture being really hard for a protein bar. I would try microwaving for like 5secs like most people do with quest protein bars. Overall I would say this is a 4/5 rated protein bar . It has a great amount of protein and then the ingredients are very clean and healthy and it contains no sugar or artificial sugars. This is a win for someone who is trying to lessen sugar while not always wanting to feel hungry all the time.
