My package was packed the best of anything I have ordered online. The service was excellent and I was able to talk to the company owner throughout the process. It came all intact and is very beautiful. This company really looks after it's customers. The company owner had a family emergency and it took longer than normal. So he sent it thru the mail way quicker than normal and I was so thrilled when I opened it up to something so beautifully carved. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I also received a little surprise. A small black carved jewelry box. Very pretty.
