Would this smart vinyl be good to put on a koozie? whats the difference between this and htv?

O this product is removable like a sticker or decal. Btw is iron on and is what you need for koozies. Unless you are referring to a hard yeti type koozie then this would be fine.

Can it be placed on a car?

The removable will not last long on a car, mailbox, etc....The permanent will last outside on a car,sign, mailbox for about 3 years including winters - a nicer climate longer, depending where you live🙂
