I have horribly thin nails, due to nothing more than bad genes. They are so thin that my hair cuts through them in the shower! A friend suggested that I use this, and I'm glad I listened! I use this in conjunction with Rejuvacote for a week, then start over every 8 days, my nails are stronger, no more cracks/ tears at my pressure point in actually happy with my material nails now. Granted colored nail polish still chips of within hours but small price to pay. Keep in mind this is not an overnight miracle, it will take 3-6 months before you see results as long as you are consistent.

Update: I won’t buy this again because after years of using it, I’m finally waking up and deciding it’s dumb to buy a product in which I always have to glue the teeny tiny brush back into the lid.I see there are many other similar reviews. How long should it take for a manufacturer to fix a serious product defect like this? I wanted to contact the manufacturer directly but I can’t figure out how to reach them. It’s like they have gone out of their way to be mysterious and unreachable.

The enamel does not peel.

I’m mature… have soft nails that split all the time… when I put polish on, it only lasts 1-2 days….I when I received ROCK… I put it on over a fresh manicure…AND IT LASTED A WEEK.. until I took it off…

Maybe if the rock is soap stone. /sarc This polish does not dry harder than any other nail polish I've tried, and it did not improve my nails at all because it would just peel off after a day. Of all the nail strengtheners/protectors I tried, this one was the least effective. It's nice and clear though and applies well.

Been using this a couple of years. I put in a new coast every couple of days, and after 10 days or so, I remove it and start over.It really makes nails stronger and allows them to grow.I’ve gotten compliments on my nails!
