Mine arrived today in a zip lock baggie. There does not appear to be any mycelium growing in the grains that I received. That is the worst looking bag of spawn that I have ever seen.I will give this a week to show some colonization of mycelium before I ask for my money back but I have never seen active spawn that looked so dead.OK there has been no mycelial growth at all. I am not going to inoculate anything with this worthless grain spawn. I am returning it for a refund. I suspect that the owner figures that you will inoculate the seeds into wood chips or straw immediately. Then when nothing happens it is too late to return it.Do Not Buy From This Vendor!

The spawn were exactly as expected and arrived quickly. We were excited to begin. We got really excited going to the supplier website and reading about all the options. Highly recommend. It was easy and we are already seeing tiny threads of mycelium.

I received them in a plastic bag, they were bone dry, I did some research and it appears that it is a death sentence for the spores. I planted them anyway, so we will see.

I received my spawn in a timely manner. They arrived with a small amount of mycelium. But I'm very optimistic on the spores. Super excited about these wine caps. Will update with pics once I see growth!
