Upon receiving this item I open the box and took one look and realize this item is really thin you may as well just buy body wrap to get better results it does not protect you from burns it's extremely thin with trying to wrap your body in it, it will immediately tear or rip. I return this item it gives no protection and your feet needs socks on them otherwise you can easily get burned even at a lower temperature using this thin so extremely thin plastic sheets I can't really call them plastic I would give a industrial size garbage bag 5 stars instead of these. Not recommended at all. Very disappointed had to return for a complete refund.

There isn't any type of cling to this plastic, no different than cutting one side and the bottom of a trash bag, it works but it's not user friendly

Too thin. Reap easily. Not worth it for the price. Just use a big trash bag
